I acknowledge my emotions as transient aspects of who I am.
I adore each and every one of my feelings.
I am appreciative of each event.
I have a lot to be thankful for in my life.
I can overcome all challenges in life because of my confidence.
My self-assurance depends only on myself.
Nothing in this world can make me lose faith in myself.
Nothing in this world can make me doubt my self-worth.
I can easily increase my sense of worth.
I am the source of my own sense of worth.
My own thinking is where I nurture my sense of self-worth.
Through insight, I nurture my sense of self.
Self-reflection helps me build my self-esteem.
I feel wholly whole and finished.
The gift of solitude is one I accept.
Never do I evaluate myself against others.
I am aware that comparing things is pointless.
I always look for things that people and I share in common.
I can quickly identify traits that I share with people I respect.
I resemble many of the self-assured role models I admire.
I feel wholly whole and complete inside of myself.
I understand that finding acceptance comes from within, therefore I stop looking for it outside of myself.
I look for any chance to affirm myself.
My existence is made more bearable by the fact that I am a black woman.
In my life, having a black female identity gives me confidence.
Every day, I feel more at ease using the word no.
I am always conscious of my inherent worth.
I conduct myself in accordance with my inherent worth as a person.
I behave in a way that honors the value I have as a woman.
I behave in a way that honors the innate worth I have as a black woman.
I feel comfortable with my feelings.
I have no fear of whatever emotion I experience.
I have no fear of any thought that comes to me.
I firmly believe that every day of my life should be filled with enjoyment.
Anything that comes my way, I feel confident I can handle.
I prefer not to give in to my low self-esteem because it is simply a sensation.
I make the conscious decision to refrain from engaging in negative self-talk.
I decide not to take part in conversations that make me feel insecure.
I refrain from seeing media that might degrade my self-worth.
I consciously avoid reading material that doesn't boost my confidence.
I'm conscious that my thoughts have just as much power as the things I put into my body.
I always have food for mental health on the menu.
When it comes to avoiding toxic social media, I am amazingly in control.
I don't allow media trends to undermine my sense of self.
Every day, I remind myself of my principles to help me stay grounded.
My confidence is unshakeable because it comes from a very deep place.
I consistently wager on myself.
Any skepticism I may have regarding my talents I cast aside.
I cast off whatever skepticism I may have regarding my abilities.
I experiment and don't stress about being excellent
at it.
I'm able to try new things whenever I want because to my modest confidence.
I don't shy away from attempting new things because I enjoy learning.
I have no concerns about acting foolishly in front of people.
I have the ability to be both confident and witty.
Being fun is beneficial.
I have a lot of fun.
I am confident, so I don't mind being silly and playful.
Playfulness encourages creativity in me.
My confidence grows when I'm open.
My confidence grows as a result of my vulnerability.
I am quite honest with myself.
I speak the truth to myself.
I don't fear what I know to be true about myself.

I am aware that genuine confidence results from objectively observing events as they actually are.
