By my side is a remarkable companion, my beloved wife, her youth a radiant aura that outshines our 11-year age difference. In my professional pursuits, I've forged an empire that defines prosperity, and every day is a canvas of life wel -
lived.
Welcome to Lisbon, a treasured jewel in Portugal, hailed as one of the world's
foremost havens. Over three electrifying decades, I've navigated the labyrinth of nightlife, reveled in extravagant soirées, and traversed the globe, encountering a constel ation of captivating souls who've il uminated my path with their bril iance.

Our journey commences with the ardor of youth, where shyness and unrequited love held me captive. Standing tal at 1.89 meters but weighing a mere 65 kilograms, I was gripped by insecurity.
A pivotal moment arrived during my school days, as mockery for my slender frame spurred a life-altering decision. In 1993, at a time when fitness centers were scarce, I embarked on a transformative journey, joining a modest tennis health club. There, I ventured into the world of fitness and strength.
As I perused the pages of muscle magazines, I became enthralled by the training regimens of legendary bodybuilders in Flex Magazine and Musclemag.
Armed with newfound knowledge, I integrated supplements like Mega Mass 4000, a concoction brimming with sugar, into my regimen.
Alongside wholesome nutrition, this shift transformed me from a slender 65
kilograms to a robust 85 kilograms.
Yet, the taste of transformation left me craving more. I gravitated toward the city's elite fitness sanctuaries, where models and celebrities sculpted masterpieces of physical prowess.
It was there that I crossed paths with a seasoned bodybuilder, a man who

With the ticking hands of time, my skin began to bear the marks of experience. The first wrinkles etched their way across my face, serving as the initial brushstrokes of aging.
Then, at the age of 35, an unexpected whisper from a friend introduced me to the miracles of botox and hyaluronic acid, a duo that unfurled like a symphony of rejuvenation. I hesitated, fearing a rigid and unrecognizable visage.

Anti-aging and Health
Waking up - Morning routine
Upon waking up in the morning, it is recommended to wash your face with cold water before consuming a mix of supplements.
It is advised to drink two large glasses of warm filtered water with a pH of 9, infused with lemon drops, apple cider vinegar with the mother, and Cholagut, an herbal mix to clean the liver.
In the second glass of water, I put a bit of Himalayan pink salt ( which acts a superconductor for the nervous system and improves your body's electric system) with some honey, creatine monohydrate and a bit sodium bicarbonate.
In addition, take one aged garlic pil , two grams of Vitamin C ( time release ) with rose, one capsule of ginger, two pil s of Astaxanthin, one pil of curcumin and one pil of Q10. This supplement mix is a super antioxidant, cleaning powerhouse and wil alcalize your body.
Collagen is also essential for maintaining healthy skin. It is recommended to take five pil s of collagen daily together with 3 pil s of Hyaluronic acid.
Consuming this supplement mix on an empty stomach in the morning helps cleanse the digestive tract, liver, kidneys, and blood before breakfast. It is recommended to finish the morning routine with 15 minutes of meditation, stretching, and 50 push-ups to keep the blood flowing.

In the plate I put a bit of 95% dark chocolate and a bit of sheep or goat cheese ( not cow ).
Then I make oatmeal with just water, cinnamon and honey (no sugar).

I never eat sugar (as it oxidizes your whole body and makes you older and fatter).
In the middle of the morning and again in the middle of the afternoon, I take a natural no-fat Skyr, plus one banana, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and blueberries.
For lunch, you should have some fish or lean meat protein with basmati rice (this type of rice is low glycemic index, so it doesn't convert into fat as easily) or sweet potato. ( and some vegetables or tomatoe salad with rucula and olive oil )
At Dinner, you should have a big protein meal with very low carbs, a vegetable soup (so it doesn't convert into fat when you sleep).
Two hours before sleep, you should have two whole eggs (that are ful of protein, no carbs, and good cholesterol for hormone production).
Very importante, dont forget, you should always try to eat organic food ( I know is not easy ) but you should at least try everything you can.
You should skip, at least 2 days a week, breakfast so you can clean your body.
When cooking dont use non stick panels, use panels of aluminum.
