Give Me The Creeps - J.E. Steffens
Introduction
Dedicated to my sons Beau, Sebastian, and Edison. You are my world.
Welcome, children of all ages to the first volume of Give Me the Creeps. In the pages of this eerie tome, you’ll encounter all manner of supernatural creeps and hungry horrors. You’ll gasp at monsters ripped from classic films and folklore, as well as malevolent madmen of the modern age. One tale will feature a fright likely familiar to horror fans, while in another, you may encounter some unknowable thing summoned forth from a dark realm of existence where humans cannot tread.
These stories were inspired by the imaginations of my three children, Beau, Sebastian, and Edison, as well as my love of the beloved kid’s horror books of the 1980s and 1990s. If you enjoy reading about ravenous werewolves, sinister scarecrows, and all manner of creatures fit for the Halloween season as much as I do, you may be in for a treat.
So, turn the page and dive into weird worlds of sinister secrets, ghastly ghouls, and the uncanny unknown. Explore the dark dimension of macabre happenings contained within. Just be warned: some of the friends you make may not be quite human.
