    The International Debt Report (IDR), formerly International Debt Statistics (IDS), is alongstanding annual publication of the World Bank featuring external debt statisticsand analysis for the 121 low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) that report to theWorld Bank Debtor Reporting System.
