Adapted from the 1946 novel of the same name, the film is a dark modern-day noir with incredible craftsmanship and much to explore in the way of characters and themes. What did we think of the story, the crafts, the performances, and how do we feel about its awards prospects, especially following del Toro's success with "The Shape Of Water?"
