Experiencing trauma and grief can be extremely difficult and overwhelming. Trauma can significantly impact a person's life, leading to a range of physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms. It can also interfere with a person's ability to function daily and impact their relationships and overall quality of life. In the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda/healing science of India, it is believed that we are a unique fingerprint of the Divine. It's important to remember that everyone's experience of trauma and grief is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to cope.
