Diamond Palm Breaking Techniques Series

About this series
Please understand, this is not a book of theological or deep philosophical extraction of the meaning of life, or a higher debate on its intentions. I have endeavored to distill it down to a one-on-one equation. That is to say, you and your opponent. There are many ways in which to interpret Sun Tzu {R.I.P. c. 496 BC(traditional)}.
This Is Mine!

- The Deadly Art Of Iron Palm

These are the engines of the technique; the delivery system is the whipping motion of the arm. The objective is very high hand speed - this explains the similarity to the baseball throw. Most martial artists are familiar with hip rotation as a method of generating power from the large muscle groups of the body - the body drop seems less well known. The body drop is used in the short Deadly Iron Palm punch of Chinese martial arts. An explanation of the body drop is as follows.

“Diamond Palm” is the safe conditioning of the “Palm” only, that enables one to perform various breaking techniques upon a variety of objects, humans not withstanding. “Diamond Palm” is all about the break! It is a relatively new art form, slowly developing in the Western culture only, and is in no way reflective of the East. Its popularity has been on the raise ever since the mid-nineteen fifties (1950s), and has grown ever since. The fact that we use it in our Martial Arts, gives off a false impression of it being Eastern, (this is not the case). Diamond Palm uses the complete flat surface of the whole hand (Only), and no other portion of the hand, wrist or fist. It is in this distinction that it is named “Diamond Palm”. We make no apologies for any Miss-Interpretations of, and or Definitions of Diamond Palm.

THE DEADLY ART OF DIAMOND PALM takes No Responsibility for improper use of its information. Let me be perfectly clear. Level I of The Deadly Art of Diamond Palm is sufficiently deadly to do irreparable damage to another if used improperly. It means you have achieved a level of impact to cause another human being maximum damage. If you are not proficient in a Martial Art, the Diamond Palm will in all likelihood get you into more trouble, than assist you in a confrontation.
- Advanced Diamond Palm
13
Advanced Diamond Palm is written for those who have read my previous works and already know how to perform various Hand Breaks. When you have hit a wall in your practice and need a new source and direction of improving on your breaking power, this information can very well put you into the stratosphere of breaking accomplishments. I am primarily writing this book with Diamond Palmist's in mind. A way to increase your Muscle Twitch fiber speed is a great way to increase your Breaking power. When you can use your entire body from the ground up, to the tip of your fingers as one big jolt of lightening, you will know the power of proper body mechanics.
