It's quite a good stay for me. Just that e first day I waited quite long for check in. I didn't had much sleep so I requested for early check-in then e counter guy told me to go eat breakfast first. When I came back he'll give me a room. But later I came back to e hotel he pretend like nothing has happened. No choice I sat down to wait for my room. Enough waiting I ask e other counter staff she gives me a room very fast. Just don't like that staff service quite bad. E breakfast is nice everything different choices n e location is so good just 2 Mins walk from the nearest mrt.

I was here in 2019, that year this hotel looked newly renovated, awesome location, the metro is just 1 mim away from the hotel, lots of shopping and things to eat around. All this made me come back again without hesitation. But this time, the hotel seemed worn out a lot, especially their bathroom. There's mold on the wall. I was hesitant to make a bad review, becuase i really like the convenience of its location and cheap price. However, i don't think I'll go back again

Near zhongxiao dunhua mrt station, from exit 3. The area under construction so obstructed the hotel sign. Access front door from back alley. Corner room big, got a sofa. Sufficient space to open luggages. Cleanliness are acceptable thought sometimes found rubbish did not clear, maybe staff forgot. Got 7-11 and family mart nearby, shopping and dining are ok.

I was there 2019, it was fairly new so i considered it clean and worth a 4 star rating. The location is superb, however, this year the hotel seemed pretty worn-out, it's not worth a 4 star rating at all, I'll say it's a 3 star hotel, considering it's convenient location

Breakfast was included. Staffs were nice- they were prompt answering questions. Breakfast was ok, ice was available on request, beds were clean and comfortable, showers were clean and nice. Carpet was dated but ok- disposable sleepers were available. Good stay. Would recommend

The location wins. It's closed to everything, the train station, shopping, bubble tea, and restaurants. This place doesn't have the condiments in rooms, but you can grab them in the lobby. The beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer on premise, but more expensive and accepting coins only. You need 70ntd for the washer and 80ntd for the dryer, and 30ntd for the laundry powder. However, I will not stay here any more. 1. The staff were polite but I didn't feel welcome. For example, I told them I no longer wanted to stay because the noise next door and asked how the refund worked. They didn't try to help with the issue, or ask what was the situation. They just let me contact Expedia to work on the refund. 2. The sound insulation was poor. I can hear the conversation next door. 3. I asked for a third water in the room, and they refused to give me one, though I paid for the third person. 4. The breakfast was just average. Since it's complimentary, do not expect too much.
