Having read through the first half of the book there were good ideas along with different practices which I can use in my own practice, the second half of the book is a crystal directory on types of crystal and how to use them, I will be referring back to this book for many years to come. I would highly recommend this book

Very informative crystal manual, has everything you need to know about crystal healing without being over complicated, 10/10 I give this product.

This has so much information in it. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about healing with crystals.
