This is excellent at understanding the 3 different types of feedback and how crucial it is to know which one you're doing. It's humorous, but also full of relatable examples. It's a must read for any leader who wants to keep employees onside, happy and motivated.

So many businesses fail in the simplest of customer-facing engagements, yet for me, Booktopia never have. The book I ordered was in stock, my credit card was already on file, the book was despatched within 24hr and Voila! a couple of days later it was in my PO Box. Doesn't get much better than that.
