it's a small book but easy to read and the recipes are concise. it features affordable ingredients and requires the very basic of kitchen skills.

I purchased this product for my son who is out of college it's great for a single guy without a full kitchen xan still prepare a healthy cheap meal I was impressed the book gave great instructions on using basic kitchen tools how to handle then properly. It also gave a variety of food selections including vegan.I used some a the receipts myself!

My granddaughter in college loves this cookbook!!! I may have copied a few recipes myself!
