Easy to set up. Should read up before you set yours up. Know what your existing system is comprised of and how you want the eero to fit in. One of the big points for me was the ability to control my kids wifi use thru the app and profiles. Profiles will not work if you bridge this product. The other choice is to bridge the cable/phone companies router/modem. Doing this though can create problems with Uverse if you are using their wireless set top box. All in all a good product. If you can install all eeros as wired, even to each other, your speeds will be really good. If you must link the eeros wirelessly things will slow down some.

Highly recommend Eero. I purchased after reding a review thats said inpart "that if mac were to build a next generation WiFi system this would be it. I coulddnt agree more. Coming from an old apple airport to this my speed increased dramatically, and the set up ease and the improved functionality andn tools are fantastic. And being 1 generation off state of the art is not going to hurt you performace - though you dont getthe tri=band- Im sure its better- but not enough for me to care.

This is the best investment! Highly highly recommend. It is expensive but well worth it. Easy to install, easy to use, easy setup with an app on your phone. You can control everything through the app ... from security threats, changing your network/password, guest networks, devices, speed tests etc. extends the range of your WiFi so you don’t have dead spots anywhere and never have buffer issues again

I have this setup to have wifi in a detached garage. The signal reaches, barely. Setup was simple. I reset these to factory default, then setup, then they updated to latest software automatically.
