Excited to read 'Talk Like Ted', but disappointed with the torn cover and print quality. Despite minor flaws, it still offers great value for the price. The torn cover is the only downside, but considering the low price, it's understandable :))
I enjoyed this

Really enjoyed the concepts, think I will re-read again. A self help book with some brains behind it. Let's face it though if you're reading self help stuff around this topic you're unlikely to implement the concepts because you thought needed the book in the first place. Can't knock it though, well written and clear ideas around changing your behaviour

James Clear has outlined the aspects of habits which define our lives. In a simple yet highly effective way he identifies the key ways to structure and embed new habits and to shift old ones.
As a school principal I am using this work to assist staff and students in identifying unhelpful habits and to co-create new more successful habits with a good understanding of the conditions needed to embed such change.

It was great to learn that habits aren't broken or taken up as the results of radical changes, but actually progressive small changes that move the needles on to amazing positive results at just about anything that requires performing.
