Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. With your expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications that meet the business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Perform system testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Manage project timelines and deliverables. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. - Solid grasp of version control systems such as Git. - Experience in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
