Many grammatical and formatting errors on kindle
I started reading this book two days ago.So far, the education seems good. But I noticed multiple strange grammatical or formatting issues that should have been caught by an editor.Up until now, I brushed them off as I was mostly able to interpret what was trying to be said. However, I just got to the page where the various delimiters are listed for reference. On this page, all of the characters are missing, leaving me with an empty page of definitions with no idea what they’re referring to.See attached image as example.

The book is written in a pretty straight forward narrative format, but the images referenced in the text are rubbish. You cannot use them to have a visual reference of what is being described, so if the text doesn't click, you have no clarification with their visual, which I imagine, was the intended purpose of putting the images in the book.

I bought this book to keep me busy during down time at work and the the book was really hard to follow and is more history of C++ than how to use C++. the photo examples in the book are too blurry to understand what they are talking about and the links they provide are not existent.

Good book except illustrations were faded and couldn’t read. I need illustrations to learn a new language.
