    It came exactly as described. The packaging looked rough on the outside but was very carefully packed once I opened it. It had plenty of protective and shock-absorbing packing material. It works perfectly and was a great price for something that is seemingly brand new condition. I would maybe recommend not covering the outside with so much tape and/or using a box that seemed to be in bad condition but as I mentioned before it was packed well 9n the inside. I willl shop with this seller again.

    Great Improvement!

    It was easy to install - very important for someone not very technologically savvy! The two extenders have cords to plug into the outlets rather than just being plug-ins, so you'll need a (small) table or a shelf or something to put them on once plugged in. 2 weeks into using my new Eero, it works great, strong signal throughout the house! Hope it stays this way.

    This device just slowed my whole network

    I bought this for the WiFi 6 functionality since I have a smart home with more 30+ devices connected. Problem is, the wired connection for the gateway drops to 100Mbps all the time. After a network reset it goes backup to 1Gbps then suddenly drops. I switched ethernet ports, have tried several brand new cat6 cables, and nothing seems to solve the problem. My ISPs modem throws a 250Mbps speed while the eero constantly drop to less than 75Mbps. Unfortunately I cannot return them, but I definitely do not recommend them.

    Great wi-fi signal

    I was unable to get a strong internet signal on my porch and outside the house. The Ring camera could not be connected to the internet until I got the Eero. Once i installed it which was easy everything worked with a strong signal throughout.
