Model LCF556 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) is the Fatigue Rated version of the LCF555. The LCF556 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) is designed for high capacity applications in both tension and compression. The low profile design offsets most off-axis loads making the “pancake” type a very popular selection. With the added Tension Base option, the LCF556 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) can be used in Inline Applications on Actuators or Threaded Assemblies. The flexure of the Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) is made from a robust 17-4 Stainless Steel in a 50,000 lbs capacity. You will also find an option for Amplified Version readily available.

The LCF556 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology, achieving high accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.2% and Deflection of 0.001” nominal. The standard LCF556 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) can be modified or customized to meet your requirements. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in the USA.
