Thank you Melanie L. and Christiane Peter for a great Debiasing Training today with RWE colleagues. We answered the questions: 🌟 What are unconscious biases? 🌟 What can we do to identify and avoid them? I really enjoyed writing a pre-mortem scenario and will continue to utilise this not only in my professional, but also my personal life. There are so many other techniques we can use to ensure that unconscious biases don't get in the way of great decision-making. Because the training was online to allow #teamRWE colleagues from different locations to join, we weren't able to take a group photo at the end of the training. ChatGPT has helped me out here with a slightly distorted illustration ...you get the picture.
