SAP had a panel discussion on Empowering Innovation and Inspiring Innovation as part of the Global Kickoff for #internationalwomensday2024 We all need allies - I'm fortunate to have many men and women who propel me forward constantly Determination, drive and courage - keys to success coupled with empathy and equality. Thank you Supriya Jha for keeping it real with the constant juggling and balancing acts we do everyday to meet and exceed daily expectations and goals. Mentorship is an extremely important element - to identify career drivers and constantly expanding our network to include alliances As if listening to these wonderful women wasn’t sufficient, SAP is creating role models - SAP has 35.7% upwards of women in our workforce - SAP has almost 22% in executive ranks - SAP has returnship program tracking at 66% which is the most impressive KPI for me. I still remember how my manager used to always ask for restaurant recommendations and find interesting ways out of the day-to-day work chats to connect with the next gen. of team members to make them feel part of the family. There are few things that always keeps taking me back to SAP and be curious about its products and industry leading services. I always look forward to even the iota ways of being in touch with the company. Even though I know I am already associated with them indirectly because you know, SAP and it's products are omnipresent. This is the thing isn't it, when a company you worked for left a positive outlook, a leader in the company inspired you (and continues to inspire/mentor) and your colleagues you worked with are now your friends and even though you don't talk to them often, you always look forward to their opinions or trust their thought process, you then feel like part of the network, even when you are out of it.
