Group and Individual Role Assignment Cards -- 12 Roles, 12 Cards -- 144 Total!!

Assigning groups (and roles within groups) can be a challenge for any teacher with any class --I have seen it and experienced it myself. These cards make assigning both groups AND roles within groups clear and easy for all ages. Perfect!

I came up with this product During a jigsaw reading assignment. It was a great lesson idea...but I spent more time confirming which group was which and then making sure kids got into the right reading group than I did supervising the content.

The solution? These cards.

Rather than asking students to form groups, remember which group they are part of, and remembering which reading assignment they have, I just hand out these cards.

Sometimes I even hand out the cards "strategically" --making sure that the seemingly random groups actually have the members and differentiation that I want.

This is a sixteen-page product. Each page has nine "group" and and "person" cards. Crds are labeled "Groups" one through twelve and "Person" one through twelve for a total of 144 cards.
