  • Integrity Statement

    HONOR operates businesses in accordance with the laws on fair competition, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption. Honor places the obligations for anti-bribery and anti-corruption above its commercial interests and ensures that all businesses of Honor are developed on a basis of fairness, equity, and transparency.
    HONOR prohibits the act of giving property or other things of value to counterparty personnel and other related persons capable of influencing the transaction with the intent of corruption in order to obtain or retain business, or to gain undue advantage. In addition, Honor prohibits its employees from taking bribes or directly or indirectly asking for gifts or interests.
    HONOR requires all partners (including suppliers, service providers, subcontractors, distributors, agents, consultants, eco-partners, and other partners) to comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations and prevailing ethical standards in the industry, and not to conduct any form of bribery and corruption.
    You may report to the following mailbox if you detect that any Honor employees or partners have violated laws and regulations. Honor strictly keeps confidentiality of the identity of the informer and the content reported.

    HONOR Management Compliance Commitment
    We strive to make HONOR the most reliable brand. Operating with integrity and in compliance with laws is a prerequisite for earning the trust of our consumers, customers, suppliers and other business partners. We firmly believe that complying with all applicable laws and regulations and upholding business ethics will pave the way for HONOR’s long-term success. All HONOR directors, officers, and employees are required to be familiar with and abide by the Company's compliance policies and implement compliance requirements.
    We will continue to invest in HONOR’s compliance management system, which includes ensuring standardization by enforcing a series of compliance policies and processes to effectively integrate the compliance commitments into business operations; conducting compliance inspections and assessments of system effectiveness to enhance compliance management; and promoting the compliance awareness of employees through communication, training and testing. We expect our directors, officers, employees and business partners to report any concerns of misconduct. Anyone who engages in misconduct will be held accountable once such misconduct is verified.
    We are dedicated to fulfilling our compliance commitments to our business partners and require that all business partners comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and business ethics. We will continue to work with our business partners to ensure a culture of compliance as the HONOR brand continues to grow.
