A group of animal control workers begin to see their lives complicated by humans and not so much by animals.

Annie (Mandy Moore) comes from a completely normal family. They're dysfunctional, needy, high maintenance, self-absorbed, non-confrontational, and have absolutely no regard for boundaries. And now that she's moved back home, Annie's landed herself smack-dab in the middle of all the family chaos.
