Ashlee Dell'Arciprete

Ashlee Dell'Arciprete is a producer, writer, and director. She began her career at NBC Digital working closely with TODAY Show Digital followed by Late Night with Seth Meyers and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt while studying film at Fordham University. She went on to work at the Critics Choice Nominated BUILD Series by Yahoo! and BUILD original series, The X Change Rate with Monét X Change as a producer until 2020 and became an Associate Producer at MTV from 2021-2022. In 2021, Ashlee founded Breaking Ground Productions where diverse representation in front of and behind the camera is as important as the stories told.
