Muran

Prasanna is as usual on top as a sleek villain. He manages to tug at our heart strings with his fake sob story . Its about two strangers meeting . Prasanna the spoilt son of a rich father tells some sob story to Cheran who believes every word . Both are unhappy in their own way . Cheran is not happy with his indulgent wife who has scant respect for him and his music . Prasanna is unhappy with his father who is strict and not happy with his sloth filled life style . Prasanna puts forth a proposal that he will kill Cheran's wife who is refusing to divorce him due to her father's condition and property . Then he will be free to start life afresh with his girlfriend Lavayna . In return , he should kill Prasanna's father.

Aghast , Cheran walks out . Very soon he finds his wife dead in some freak accident . Even as he struggles to wriggle out of this sordid drama , he gets sucked in . Soon Cheran finds himself in a web of lies and half stories. He realises that Prasanna is not as innocent as he thought . He has woven a fine false story about his love for his father's secretary and how she committed suicide due to her father . A lot of twists and confusions take place . The truth was that Prasanna himself had violated Linda ( the secretary ) as he wanted to subjugate her . She had thwarted his advances time and again . Cheran realises that Prasanna's father is actually and kind hard working man .

In the end Prasanna dies in a freak fight , Cheran walks out with his loyal friend Lavanya . An engaging movie over all .
