Gaffes
Kellerman says they barely have enough evidence to indict the kids on involuntary manslaughter but not enough to charge them with a homicide. However manslaughter is a type of homicide charge, a homicide is any wrongful death caused by another person's actions, whether accidental or intentional; a homicide can be justified, like using deadly force in self defense, or unjustified in which case it is criminal homicide. Criminally negligent homicide, involuntary manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, voluntary manslaughter and murder are all criminal homicide charges.
