The Way Home Season 3 has set a date, but with one major change: The fantasy drama is set to return Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, but is jumping over to Hallmark+, the company’s new streaming platform, TVLine has confirmed.

De Niro plays the leading role in Netflix's upcoming political thriller limited series Zero Day, which officially has a release date.

Netflix revealed that Zero Day premieres on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025, and it's sure to become of the biggest Netflix original series of the year. In the series, De Niro plays a former United States president, who's leading the Zero Day Commission's inquest into a deadly cyber attack on the country, all while grappling with the skeletons hiding in his own closet.

Robert De Niro’s first entry into television has set a premiere date at Netflix. His political drama “Zero Day” will release on the streamer February 20.

Netflix unveiled the first look at the conspiracy thriller Tuesday, featuring images of the star-studded limited series.

De Niro stars as George Mullen, a former American president who is pulled out of retirement to head a “Zero Day Commission” to investigate a devastating global cyber attack that caused mass chaos and several fatalities. As disinformation runs rampant and personal ambition trumps the government’s best interest, Mullen must risk everything to protect the nation.

Eric Newman and Noah Oppenheim (“Today”) wrote and executive produced the political drama with Lesli Linka Glatter as an executive producer and director of all six episodes. Michael S. Schmidt, Jonathan Glickman and De Niro also executive produced the series.

Gabriel will appear in the next season of Netflix’s Emily in Paris — despite the fact that portrayer Lucas Bravo recently grumbled to the press about his character having “slowly turned into guacamole.”

In fact, not only will Bravo be back when Emily in Paris begins filming Season 5 in May (in Paris France and Rome, Italy), Gabriel’s Michelin-rated Parisian restaurant will serve as one of the backdrops, sources tell our sister site Variety.

While All American and other series have explored the heightened drama that unfolds on the gridiron and in the locker room, no show in modern history has consistently done so with as much heart as Fnl.

ESPN columnist Bill Simmons once hailed it as “the greatest sports-related show ever made.” Many critics would add that the contest is not a particularly close one.

Now, Variety is reporting that Universal is developing a reboot of the beloved series, which ran from 2006-2011.

Surely some fans are excited about the prospect of returning to the world of Texas high school football.

But the prevailing mood at the moment is one of utter confusion.

Pete Berg, who developed the original series, is attached to the project, as is EP and showrunner Jason Katims. Brian Grazer and Kristen Zolner of Imagine Entertainment will be executive producing. This reboot, set in the world of high school football, is said to focus on a new story with new characters.

The series is in early stages and hasn’t yet been taken out to market. Universal TV declined to comment.

Lou Ferrigno Jr., who plays Tommy, confirmed that he is leaving 9-1-1 after Season 8 Episode 6, “Confessions,” just aired.

The actor confirmed the news in an interview with Decider, following his character and Buck’s (Oliver Stark) breakup in the latest episode.

A TV adaptation of Mass Effect is officially in development at Amazon MGM Studios, with Daniel Casey (F9: The Fast Saga) attached to write, our sister site Variety reports. Nivola will star in the pilot alongside Connie Britton, whose casting was announced in October with the pilot order.

The pilot is described as a coming-of-age mystery. The official logline states that it follows “a teenager (Nivola) who wakes up in the hospital after a car accident to discover his mom (Britton) — his only parent and his best friend — appears to have been replaced by an impostor.”

Connie Britton is set to star in “Phony,” a comedy pilot ordered by Hulu. The series will be executive produced by Britton and comes from Drew Goddard‘s Goddard Textiles as well as 20th Television, according to multiple media reports.

Nick Paley, best known for his work on “Marcel the Shell With Shoes On,” will serve as the writer, director and executive producer of the project.

The series is being described as a coming-of-age mystery about a teenager. After a car accident, Sonny wakes up in a hospital bed only to discover his mom and best friend has been replaced by an imposter. Britton will play Ellen, Sonny’s single mom as well as the principal of his high school.

Written, directed and executive produced by Nick Paley (Marcel The Shell With Shoes On), Phony is a comedic coming-of-age mystery about a teenager, Sonny, who wakes up in the hospital after a car accident to discover his mom — his only parent and his best friend — appears to have been replaced by an impostor.

Britton will play Sonny’s single mom Ellen and the principal of his high school.

The pilot brings Britton back to her comedy roots — she started her career with an arc on Ellen before landing a lead role opposite Michael J. Fox on Spin City.

Britton and Paley executive produce Phony alongside Charlie Alderman of Charlie’s Production Company and Drew Goddard and Sarah Esberg via Goddard Textiles. Goddard Textiles’ Andrea Massaro is a producer.
