It’s been 30 years. The Jacker just stopped killing and disappeared. This will be the trilogy’s final chapter, “Jacker 3: Road To Hell.” It promises a thrilling conclusion. Debbie D returns as Gloria, surviving the chaos of the first installment. This long-anticipated release, set for early 2025, aims to please fans with a throwback to the carefree Sov days, filled with violence and tantalizing scenes.
Under the direction of James Panetta and written by and starring Phil Herman, this film promises a crazy ride again. Expect cameos from past favorites, tying the trilogy together. Just like Jacker 2, this installment will feature supernatural elements that will have you questioning what’s real and what’s a nightmare.
The film also stars Butch Patrick , Kevin Duffy, Christopher Kahler, Debbie Dutch ,Ted Alderman, Ralph Rey, and Kimberly Cole Zemke. Plus a who’s who of the indie world.
Having Debbie D come back is truly a treat.

The vignettes that open I Slay on Christmas, the new anthology film from producer Phil Herman, are almost hallucinogenic in their disassociated content and styles. A man runs through the woods only to find his adversary, a pine cone, floating in the air ahead of him as a voice intones his fate. Another man sits on a couch as the weatherman talks about unseasonably warm weather and how it’s helping a virus to spread. When we see him again, he’s bleeding from the nose and mouth and looks like a zombie.

Legendary scream queens Brinke Stevens (The Slumber Party Massacre), Michelle Bauer (Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers), Deborah Dutch (Hard to Die), and Courtney Lercara (Slaughterhouse) have joined the cast of writer/director Bobby Canipe Jr.’s upcoming horror project Grandma, a tribute to the shot-on-video horrors of the 1980s and ’90s! In Lercara’s case, this means she will be earning her first screen credit in thirty years, as she last appeared in the anthology Things back in 1993.
To ensure that Grandma will perfectly emulate the look and feel of the shot-on-video movies of the past, Canipe has brought on a dream team of executive producers and creative consultants that consists of multiple Sov filmmakers: Donald Farmer, Dustin Ferguson, Mark Polonia, Joel Wynkoop, Todd Sheets, Gary Cohen, Tim Ritter, Brad Sykes, and Eric Stanze. Scott Appleby will be providing the required original synth score.

Dustin Ferguson has directed 28 feature films and over 60 music videos to date. He's known for Directing "Silent Night, Bloody Night 2" with Jennifer Runyon Corman and "Camp Blood 4" and "5". He's also collaborated with such artists as Lords of Acid, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult and The Egyptian Lover. In 2015 he shot Meathook Massacre on S-vhs in Lincoln, Ne.
The film followed 3 young women who encounter car trouble on the way to a concert and are forced to go find help. However, they stumble upon a masked Maniac wielding a Meathook and all goes quickly sour. It became an instant cult classic after it was released on both VHS and VOD. Merchandise quickly followed: a comic book, a Nintendo game adaptation and even T-shirts.
In 2016 Ferguson returns with Meathook Massacre II. Taking place 10 years after the events in the original film, we follow Dan...
