- Geoffrey Horne was born on August 22, 1933 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is an actor, known for The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957), Big Daddy (1999) and Catch-22 (1970). He has been married to Kristin Andersson since 2000. He was previously married to Robin Schierenbeck, Collin Wilcox Paxton, Nancy Berg and Rebecca Callaway.

- Following his work on The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957), MGM briefly considered him for a lead role in its re-make of Ben-Hur (1959), which were ultimately filled by Charlton Heston, portraying Judah Ben-Hur, and Stephen Boyd as Messala, and like in "Kwai," would also have been co-starring with Jack Hawkins.
