Frank Lombardo was born on 6 October 1915 in New Jersey, USA. He was a set decorator and art director, known for Silent Running (1972), Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979) and Revenge of the Nerds (1984). He was married to Patricia Christina Lombardo. He died on 18 February 2001 in Toluca Lake, California, USA.
