Biography

Ashley discovered acting at an early age, having grown up in the film industry. At the age of 1 1/2, she had her first on-screen appearance on Miami Vice as the adopted daughter of Stanley Tucci.

Ashley graduated from the prestigious Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, and attended DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, both for Theater.

She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Ashley Tavares, of Cape Verdean and Czech descent, discovered acting at an early age, having grown up in the film industry. At the age of 1 1/2, she had her first on-screen appearance as the adopted daughter of Stanley Tucci on Miami Vice. Ashley continued her acting pursuits, graduating from the prestigious Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and attending DePaul University in Chicago, IL, both for Theater.

In 2010, Ashley went to her 1st TV show audition and landed a series regular role on the ABC Family fan-favorite HUGE, as the love to hate character, Chloe Delgado. She then starred on TeenNick's cult-classic Hollywood Heights, as the quirky, vibrant Melissa Sanders. Ashley has since guest-starred on hit TV shows The Rookie, Kenan, Leverage: Redemption, American Crime Story, K.C. Undercover, No Good Nick and Ravenswood.

On the film side, Ashley starred in the award-winning A Christmas Tree Love Story, for which she won a Best Actress Jury Award, and has played a plethora of fun roles in films such as ensemble drama Big Fork, Lifetime's A Date by Christmas Eve, the puppet horror Hanky Panky, the Netflix thriller Only Mine and the great Ernest Borgnine's last film, The Man Who Shook the Hand of Vicente Fernandez.

Ashley also has her hand in the voice-over world, having done multiple episode's of Adult Swim's Robot Chicken and recently co-starring on Roku's animated show Doomlands .

She resides in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and her animal family.
