After a career in acting and modeling, Shellee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and held positions in corporate public relations and event sales. She is a member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) and Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). (September 2023)
