- Had his first orchestral work premiered by the Santa Barbara Symphony Orchestra at the age of 17.
- Scored a record 40 student films at USC during his 4 year stay.
- Began studying the Japanese Shakuhachi (bamboo flute) in 1998.
- Performed the prestigious Ralph Vaughn Williams Tuba Concerto with the Santa Barbara Youth Symphony at age 17.
- Completed three marathons in 2008 - all in memory of his father.
- Completed the Ironman Triathlon in June, 2010. A 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 marathon run in Nice, France, Cody finished in a time of 13 hours 53 minutes.
- Completed the 2011 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii and documented his race with a GoPro camera.
- Completed the "grand daddy" of triathlons - the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii on October 8, 2011.
- Now resides in Los Angeles, where he composes for film/tv and concert. (2004)
- Moved to downtown Los Angeles, to study music composition and film at USC. (August 1997)
- Moved to West Los Angeles after graduating USC's Thornton School Music Magna Cum Laude. (May 2001)
