A native of central Ohio, Bob Yothers, traveled to Los Angeles in the late-90's with the proverbial 'suitcase full of dreams.' With varying degrees of success he worked in-and-around Hollywood through his graphic-design agency, film directing and award-winning screenplays, demonstrating again and again his talent and love for the art of film. More recently he traveled throughout Europe shooting promotional videos for various American University Study Abroad programs and taught at international schools in Paris, London, Stockholm, Beijing and more. (2015)
Currently he is teaching screenwriting and pre-visualization at university in Amsterdam, regularly attends the global film markets such as Cannes and the EFM in Berlin, as well as writing feature screenplays and producing projects for top-tier industry consideration. (2025)
To date, his films and screenplays have won numerous awards and have been invited to over 40 film festivals around the globe. Bob strives to not only make his films entertaining, but to explore, uplift and celebrate the human spirit.
