Working with some incredible talents along the way; including Sir Michael Caine and Bollywood's Shah Rukh Khan; Emily was part of the Almeida West End & Sydney Theatre Company's multi award-winning productions of Mike Bartlett's play "King Charles III."
This 2-month working trip back to Australia particularly felt-like-coming-home as Emily started her life on the other side of the world; conceived on the Sunshine Coast, near Brisbane while her dad starred as King Arthur in the iconic Broadway Australian production of Camelot.
As an actor, Emily's essence could be described as: "A charming Celtic queen stroking the dog with one hand and shooting the neighbour with the other. Velvet with steel. A safe pair of hands."
Other interesting moments in Emily's life include: interviewing The Princess Royal at Buckingham Palace, scaling up the worlds's biggest aircraft carriers and helping to secure the prison release of a human rights activist in Southeast Asia.
A multi-hyphenate, Emily's own filmmaking & writing projects have Official Selections & Award-Winners at festivals including Independent Shorts, Los Angeles' Indie Shorts Fest, London's East End Film Festival, Irish Film and Television Academy (IFTA) - affiliated festivals (twice) & Dublin's Bloomsday.
Emily's own feature "The Confessional" (& titled "The Shriving" in its' award-winning short form) were both dedicated to the Syrian families she met in the Bequaa Valley Lebanese Refugee Camp while filming there.
Daughter of veteran RSC, theatre, TV & film actors Cherry Morris and Mike Murray; Emily is truly excited to see what the next 40 years will bring.
