Laurie Hamfeldt Mahoney

A native of New Jersey, Laurie has had the pleasure of performing in many stage, TV, film and commercial productions. Laurie is a trained, highly focused, dedicated actor having studied at HB Studios and TVI in NYC for several years. Laurie's love for performing started at an early age. In grade school she would write poems and plays just so she could perform them to the class. Laurie then began acting in local theatre which lead to several off Broadway productions in NYC. She also performed at the Comedy Club doing improvisation on weekends. After a break from acting Laurie returned to performing in 2018 with passion and drive. She has had lead or supporting roles in many short and features films as well as lead roles in several TV shows and local and national commercials . She also hosted her own segment on Amazon Live with "Top Rated". Some highlights of her recent work include a strong supporting role opposite Jaime Bernadette, Brian Krause and Camile Keaton in the horror feature film "The Desecrated Ones " and the lead female role in the short suspense film "Nocturna". She can also be seen in the pivotal role of "Rebecca" in the upcoming film "The Forest Hills", which includes the return of the legendary Shelley Duvall to the screen. In her spare time Laurie likes to workout, drink tea, and hang out with her needy rescue dogs.
