Reed Duchscher

Reed Duchscher is the Founder and CEO of Night, a next-gen talent management company behind the world's top digital creators and artists. Since launching the company from his bedroom in 2015, Night has expanded with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Austin, and it now features verticals including talent management, a venture incubator, and a production studio. In 2023, Duchscher made The Hollywood Reporter's prestigious "35 Under 35" list, where he was recognized for his work in building Night from the ground up and developing his client Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, from YouTuber to an entrepreneurial powerhouse. Together, they created Feastables, a chocolate company that is distributed around the world. A former sports agent, Duchscher shifted focus to the burgeoning creator economy in 2013 after stumbling upon Dude Perfect on YouTube.
