London, Nov 4: Actor Eddie Murphy has revealed he hasn't had any alcohol since his honeymoon with former wife Nicole Mitchell 18 years ago because it makes him nauseous.

'The last time I got drunk was ... on my honeymoon, maybe 18 years ago. And that was the second time I got drunk and it was the last time,' femalefirst.co.uk quoted the 50-year-old as saying.

'I don't drink at all. At all. I can't drink, because I will throw up. And sometimes it looks like the drinkers are having so much fun and I cannot,' he added.

Eddie Murphy's ex-wife is attempting to evict music producer Damon Thomas from her California home, alleging he's failed to pay more than $100,000 (£67,000) in rent.

Nicole Murphy claims Thomas, who was once married to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, has been missing his monthly $30,000 (£20,000) payments on the mansion in Calabasas.

Thomas owes a total of $114,500 (£76,000), according to eviction papers filed by Murphy in Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month.

Thomas tells TMZ.com he is actually trying to purchase the property from Murphy and has since paid off the debt.

Eddie Murphy's ex-wife Nicole is opting for a small beach wedding when she marries retired American footballer Michael Strahan - because her first marriage to the Hollywood comedian was so "extravagant".

Nicole Murphy has been busy planning her upcoming nuptials since June, when Strahan proposed after two years of dating.
