Hyderabad, March 26 (Ians) Tollywood actor Nani starrer ‘Dasara’ will be his first pan-India project and the team has been sparing no effort to make it stand out.

Interestingly, the film’s writer and director Srikanth Odela brought expert detailing to the sets and its intricacies since his father was a worker in the Singareni coal mines, lending an extra layer of authenticity to the story and the visuals.

A massive set spread across 25 acres was built, recreating the world of coal mining. Close to 300 junior actors apart from the primary and supporting cast were present on the set every day and at times over 2000 artists and technicians filled the set on crucial days. The film was shot across 120 days amidst the dust and grime, with most days clocking in a 24-hour schedule.

Additionally an entire village set was also created complete with all amenities for those working on the film.

Tollywood star Nani is pulling out all the stops to promote his first pan-India movie ‘Dasara’. After a grand first-of-its-kind trailer launch in Lucknow, the makers launched the film’s music in Mumbai, the first in the city, with a spectacular event that introduced audiences to the rowdy mass anthem – Dhoom Dhaam (Hindi) from the movie.

Not only has Trisha refused to be relegated to the 'sister' and 'anni' roles reserved for women her age, she continues to bag substantial projects. In fact, she walked out of the Vikram starrer Saamy 2 because she was not happy about her role, even though it's a big male star's film. Former Miss India turned actress Richa Gangopadhyay, made her debut in Telugu films with the movie ‘Leader’ and later paired with Ravi Teja in the film ‘Mirapakay’. Overnight, she has become the most favorite actress of the Tamil film industry as well. She was initially signed for the female lead opposite Silambarasan in the Tamil remake of ‘Dabangg’ that is titled as ‘Vosthi’. The film is directed by Dharani, whose previous films ‘Dhill’, ‘Dhool’ and ‘Ghilli’ were blockbusters.

Filmmaker Dharani is well known for making films with same technicians. All throughout his directorial career, his cameraman Gopinath and music director Vidhyasagar had kept accompanying with the success. Out of sentiments, Dharani has decided to get away from the usual technicians and has joined hands with new technical team. The Telugu film had the pooja performed last month in Hyderabad and will start rolling by May 15. The film brings back ‘Magadheera’ duo combo Ram Charan Teja and Kajal Agarwal in lead roles. The film is produced by Mega Super Good Films.

As of now, Ram Charan Teja is busy shooting for ‘Orange’ directed by ‘Bommarilu’ Bhaskar.

Vijay follows the same pattern of superman act of jumping from loftiest water falls with just a wound on his knee, yelling with punch dialogues and flying reverse sans gravity effects in stunt sequences.

The day Vijay stops working on these elements, he’s sure to make it big and gain yet more masses towards him. It’s worth mentioning that Vijay had whole lot of female fans, but with most of his recent films merely bounded to violence and punch dialogues, he’s loosing away the attention.
