After working with director Guy Ritchie on the first two episodes of The Gentlemen (2024), Stephane's real life experience of working as a butler to diplomats and leading businessmen and royalty so impressed the production that the character of Mr Lawrence was expanded and rewritten for the final four episodes to make the most of his skills.
