LaMyra Kinzer was born on June 29, 1979 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Her
film introduction came in 2002 in Warner Brothers Juwanna Mann. This
film role led to her meeting and teaming up with award winning writer,
producer, director Nathan Ross Freeman and joining the Montage Showcase
Ensemble of North Carolina. LaMyra took the stage in Winter Isn't Over
Yet and later in the critically acclaimed play The Contract as Gem. In
2007 Kinzer won Spike Lee's film contest, which landed her the lead
role of Janelle in the upcoming 40 Acres and a Mule/Crush Entertainment
film Livemansion. It seems as if every door has had the intention of
opening the next. Soon after famed Hollywood writer, producer Richard
Bailey offered Kinzer the role of Mary Magdalene in the Lions
Gate/B4Tyme Entertainment picture In Our Time. Solo projects include co
forming her own production company with three other individuals to
celebrate the life and demise of the immortal quantum consciousness
conjuring Rachel, in NRF's The Quad.
