The “Masked Singer” season finale is here, bringing a showdown between the Wasp and Buffalos, and a promise to unmask them all. So it’s time for one last round of guessing.
And, when it comes to the Buffalos, panelist Ken Jeong has plenty of ideas. In TheWrap’s exclusive sneak peek of the finale episode, host Nick Cannon asks Jeong to take everyone on a journey with his guesses for the trio under the masks, and the doctor delivers.
“All right, so the poison jar and Mo-Town clue led me to Bell, Biv and Devoe, natch,” Jeong says. “Now, the cowboy clues led me to ‘Ghetto Cowboy’ themselves, Bone, Thugs and Harmony, and yes, that is their given legal names.”
But Jeong isn’t done just yet. He has one more option for who the Buffalos might be.
“Hear me out. But now, we’re talking about the Babyface connection for Tony,...

Kamala Harris isn’t the only Democratic politician claiming Brat Summer. Barack Obama has shared his yearly summer playlist, and it includes (you guessed it) the green queen herself, Charli Xcx. Rounding out his list is a mix of modern hits and old-school classics; see Obama’s full summer playlist below.
In addition to the Brat cut “365,” the former president included Billie Eilish’s “Chihro,” Tems’ “Love Me Jeje,” Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” and H.E.R.’s “Process.” The Rolling Stones’ “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” Bob Dylan’s “Silvio,” and Sting’s “If You Love Somebody Set Them Free” introduce a healthy classic rock presence, while the Charles Mingus track “Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting” and Pharaoh Sanders’ “Love Is Everywhere” proves he still gets jazzy with it.

Ed Sheeran was found not liable in the copyright lawsuit trial that accused his song “Thinking Out Loud” of infringing on Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get it On.”
After three hours of deliberations that followed a two-week trial in New York from April to May, the jury announced their verdict in favor of Sheeran, finding that he independently created his 2014 single and did not copy Gaye’s hit.
While Sheeran was pleased with the outcome (he won’t have to retire now, as he threatened during his testimony), he...

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and music go together like the Ninja Turtles and pizza; the two are intrinsically linked. From the iconic theme song of the 1987 animated series, to Vanilla Ice’s tie-in “Ninja Rap” for 1991’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, and even their semi-forgotten 1990 stage rock and roll musical Coming Out of Their Shells, no matter the genre, these green teens are always rocking big tunes.
With music playing such a big role in the Turtles’ history, director Jeff Rowe and executive producer Seth Rogen had to be extra thoughtful when selecting the songs for the soundtrack of the Turtles’ latest film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. With its distinctive animation style, the feature film finds our pizza-loving Turtles escaping their sheltered existence in the sewers as they seek to be accepted as normal teenagers through acts of heroism.

New York, May 2 (Ians) Ed Sheeran had strong words for a musicologist on Monday (U.S. East Coast Time) as the court hearing over alleged similarities between his hit ‘Thinking Out Loud’ and R&b and soul singer Marvin Gaye’s classic ‘Let’s Get It On’ entered its second week, reports ‘Variety’.
“I think what he is doing is criminal,” Sheeran said of the prior testimony from Alexander Stewart, a musicologist hired as an expert witness by Gaye’s estate, according to the ‘New York Times’. “I don’t know why he’s allowed to be an expert.”
Sheeran, Warner Music Group and Sony Music Publishing are being sued by three heirs of Ed Townsend, who is the credited co-writer with Gaye on the 1973 song.
As he did last week, notes ‘Variety’, Sheeran played his guitar to refute Stewart’s testimony, in which he argued that one of the...

Ed Sheeran spent another day in court attempting to convince non-musicians that “Thinking Out Loud” didn’t rip off Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On.” On Monday, the singer whipped out his guitar once again, this time running through four acoustic song mashups between his song and ones from Nina Simone, Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, Blackstreet, and Van Morrison to try to prove a point against musicologist Alexander Stewart’s claims about his melodies and intentions.
According to the Daily Beast, Sheeran said that while creating “Thinking Out Loud,...

If you take a look at the music charts today, it’s rare to see a Top 10 that isn’t filled with glossy American popstars who just want to dance on the floor/party rock/put their hands up/raise their glass (I could keep on going) so sometimes it’s healthy to take a look at things from the other side of the world. Over in South Korea, China and Japan it is very rare for any of the artists we take for granted to dominate the charts considering these countries are each filled with their own pop culture. Cracking the east Asian market is the equivalent of British musicians trying to crack America – near on impossible. You may think ‘What’s the point? I’ve never heard of any of these people and the only ones listening to them are those crazy asian kids who stay on chatrooms...
