Katherine Evans was born in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. As a child, she balanced performing arts with martial arts--she joined a theatre company at the age of ten and earned her black belt in karate at thirteen. Katherine's first television appearance was in AMC's acclaimed crime drama, The Killing (2011), where she played the young daughter of Detective James Skinner (Elias Koteas) in an award-nominated, multi-season arc. Katherine went on to win a Best Supporting Actress Award for playing a radicalized teen assassin in all episodes of History Channel's military drama, Six (2017), Season Two. In another award-winning performance, she played a refugee from an apocalyptic universe in the CW's long-running paranormal hit, Supernatural (2005). After two seasons on Supernatural, Katherine was brought back by the CW for further roles on Kung Fu (2021), Nancy Drew (2019), and Family Law (2021). She then went on to join the cast of Disney+'s The Mysterious Benedict Society (2021), playing one half of fan-favourite duo Jackson & Jillson alongside Emmy-winner Tony Hale and Emmy-nominee Kristen Schaal. Over two seasons filmed in Vancouver and LA, The Mysterious Benedict Society was nominated for twenty Children's & Family Emmy Awards. Next up for Katherine is her scream queen debut as she leads revenge horror feature film Prank Night.
