Bora is a seasoned actress, model, a children's book author, Ms. Nevada United States 2024 and 1st Runner-up Ms. Woman United States. Although a Native Californian, she represents a state that holds significance to her heart, home to Nellis Air Force Base where her brother, an Air Force Staff Sergeant and Afghanistan Combat Veteran served with distinction.
As a resident of California with a Nevada title, she uses her dual presence to advocate for children's mental health with a focus on self-esteem and self-acceptance across a broader spectrum. Her passion for children's mental health led her to author her debut book "The Ugly Lobster." The Ugly Lobster is donated to classrooms throughout Southern California and Nevada.
Raised briefly in San Francisco before moving to Orange County for the remainder of her childhood. Career highlights include starring in numerous national television commercials & print ads for top brands such as CitiBank, AT&T, Loreal, Volkswaagen, Target, Amazon and many more.
She has also portrayed characters for several TV series: CBS's hit series S.W.A.T, Better Things on FX, a supporting role in the feature film, Good Kids starring Ashley Judd, CW's 90210 and the supporting role of Sharon in award winning Film Director, Yemane I. Demissie's feature film, Dead Weight. The film premiered at London's Black Filmmakers International Film Festival.
She has also been considered as Series Regular for a Netflix Marvel Series as well as several prominent roles in hit TV series such as Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci's, Gang Related on Fox as a recurring role of a sexy & lethal Korean mob boss and was in the running for the duo's CBS remake of Hawaii 5-O as Kono Kalakua.
In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, the outdoors, culinary delights and new adventures.
