Nachi Aono's dark fantasy romance manga I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day announced today the series will receive an anime adaptation, following the launch of the anime's official website and X (formerly Twitter) account . Announcement art, a teaser visual, a first trailer, cast and crew announcements were all released as part of the announcement. The Rising of The Shield Hero anime will return for its fourth season in July. Kadokawa announced new cast members and released a fresh visual for the season. Among the newcomers are Takeo Ōtsuka as Werner and Jirō Saitō as Jaralis. The season will also feature an event called ‘Shield Fes’ in Tokyo on June 15, where fans can see the cast and musicians live.

So far, the staff hasn’t shared details about which cast and staff members will be returning for season four. However, we do know that Kaito Ishikawa (Naofumi), Asami Seto (Raphtalia), Rina Hidaka (Filo), Natsuko Hara (Rishia), Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Ren), and Makoto Takahashi (Motoyasu) will be at the event.

Crunchyroll will be streaming the new season. The anime first premiered in January 2019 with a two-hour special and 25 episodes. Season two aired in April 2022, with season three following in October 2023.

If there is a downside to the incredible amount of animation out there, it's that some shows fly under the radar for way too long. While series like Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Attack on Titan get an incredible amount of views thanks to their quality and popularity, there are a ton of underrated anime series that deserve a lot more attention than they get.

Season 2 of Shangri-La Frontier is right around the corner and the series' new trailer has finally given fans a glimpse of what's to come in the upcoming installment, along with the new opening theme for the series.

A new full-length trailer for season 2 of Shangri-La Frontier was recently posted to the franchise's official X handle and YouTube channel, which features the main cast once again logging into the world of the titular VR game.
