Eric Coco is a versatile, chameleon-like actor with a diverse background and a passion for storytelling, based in Los Angeles. Born in Italy to Sicilian parents, his upbringing spanned Italy, the UK, and the USA. At a young age, he moved to London as a foster child, where he trained in drama and Shakespeare at the prestigious LAMDA school. In 2012, Eric earned his degree in Music Performance and Music Business from the MI College of Contemporary Music in Los Angeles, while also dedicating two years to improv classes at The Groundlings Theatre.
From the age of 10, Eric was driven by a desire to entertain, inspired by iconic films like The Godfather,Goodfellas,Taxi Driver, and The Bronx Story, as well as legendary American artists such as Jack Nicholson, Charlie Chaplin, Frank Sinatra, Marlon Brando, and Robert De Niro. He began his artistic journey by acting, dancing, creating short films on home video, and participating in musical charity events through his local church.
During the pandemic, Eric focused on honing his craft by taking Scene Study Theatre classes at the Stella Adler Studio in New York. His dedication to acting caught the attention of industry professionals when he was chosen by director Ridley Scott and costume designer Janty Yates to model costumes for the lead characters of *Alien: Covenant* during pre-production. He has also worked on set with acclaimed directors such as Patty Jenkins and Michael Bay.
In a recent role as "Roman" in the indie comedy/drama series *Turning Teddy* on Prime Video, Eric's intense preparation included rigorous workout routines to fully embody the character of a bodybuilder. With his diverse background and unwavering commitment to storytelling, Eric Coco continues to captivate audiences with his multifaceted talent.
