Babar javed is a Pakistani Film/Drama Producer and Director. He has Directed and Produced more then 200 Titles which include worldwide famous Manto, Qaid-e-Tanhai, Main Abdul Qadir Hoon, Mera Saaein, Bashar Momin, Aasmanon Pay Likha, Mor Mahal. All these titles were under his own production house A&B Entertainment. Javed has been honored with eight Lux Style Awards for his work as a director and producer. Recently in 2016, he was awarded his first ARY Film Award nomination for producing Manto a biopic in 2015.
In 2009, Babar founded a production house A&B Entertainment along with actor Asif Raza Mir. The Two were a good pair and produced projects for Ary Digital, Geo TV, and Hum TV. Diya Jalay was their first project and It was a huge hit and critically acclaimed and recognized by the audience as well. In 2013 A&B Entertainment was Merged with Geo TV for directing and producing the channel's Project. After The merge of A&B Entertainment Babar Served as CEO of Geo tv for 5 years.
In his career Babar has introduced many talents in industry which include: Aiza khan (actress), Neelam muneer (actress), Sajal ali (Actress), Maha Malik (writer), Shagufta Bhatti (writer), Mohsin Mirza (director), Nadeem Siddiqui (director) and many more.
