Kriss Brown started in the film industry in 2009 after being laid off from installing satellite communications to the national lottery in the UK. He has over 17 years experience in the communications industry having worked leading ISP's such as BT, Sky TV and NTL (Now Virgin TV) He is also fully qualified in satellite internet installations & technology which gives you peace of mind knowing that the job will be done to the highest quality.
His business FilmWifi Ltd has thrived and was the first people to bring the new KA Sat services to the film industry in Europe. He has supplied his satellite internet and 4G WiFi services thus far in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Malta & Morocco. Since 2009 he has amassed over 100 producing in film and TV in the UK and Europe and with ever changing technology is at the forefront of WiFi service to the production industry.
He is also ranked number 1 in the world for installations of KA Sat equipment having done over 13000 installs across Europe since its launch in 2010.
In mid 2017 Kriss signed a partnership deal with the mobile phone company EE in the UK to supply bespoke 4G services to the film industry and Mobile Phone signal solutions for rural locations in the UK.
In 2018 he will be able to supply a new satellite internet service being launched in the US and will be attempting to tap into the US market as well as leading the way in the Europe for satellite internet services.
He received the nickname Kriss TheDish in 2014 by one of the location managers on Spectre in Austria who said it over the radio and has stuck so now everyone in the UK knows him as Kriss TheDish
