Alexander Helisek has been pursuing the industry of Film and Television from a very young age. Hailing from Long Island, New York he began his career in High School engaged with the Student Theater Arts Company at Herricks High School. He then continued his education at SUNY Potsdam studying Archaeology, and completing his education at Suffolk Community College with an Associates Degree in Communication and Media Journalism. Alex is the CEO and Founder of the Entertainment Media Outlet, Breezeway Productions, which was created in 2011 after Alex moved from Long Island to West Hollywood, California. Since the inception of Breezeway, Alex has played a part producing independent films including, "The Convicted", "All My Brothers", and "Lack of Cockery"
Alex has traveled the world covering Film Festivals and Industry events, speaking with some of the biggest names in the industry including Brian De Palma, Anthony Hopkins, Jason Mamoa, Robert Pattinson, Jeff Goldblum and many more. He also had the privilege to speak with Actors who are no longer with us including Robert Forrester and Paul Sorvino, who both will be dearly missed. Alex has also had experience in other fields of Journalism, including educating future generations on the trade. Alex has taught courses at SUNY Stony Brook's Alan Alda School of Communication and Journalism in 2022, in the field of Digital Journalism and Public Speaking. Proud to be a member of the SAG-AFTRA Guild since 2012, Alex has been seen in numerous television shows and feature films including most prominently, "Silicon Valley" and most recently "Only Murders In The Building". Other credits include "The Last Ship" "How To Get Away With Murder" among others.
