Anais Shand

Born in Aotearoa - Anais has appeared on and off screen since she was 6 years of age. Her 1st guest role in a drama was along side Austin Butler, as Mag, in the MTV series 'The Shannara Chronicles' A role, that at the age of 9 showed that she not only had a natural talent but a presence on screen that showed ability beyond her years. She also from an early age studied many forms of dance from contemporary through to hip hop. Anais has been growing a strong body of work over the last decade with a variety of challenging roles including - water work - horse riding - stunts - accents - period drama and local drama. Culminating at the end of 2024 with Anais playing one of the lead roles in a wonderful ensemble led feature film in Poneke (Wellington) Aotearoa (New Zealand) which will soon be announced. Anais is represented by Lion Rock Management in Aotearoa and is a member of Actors Equity.
