Michael Guisti

Michael Guisti, a California Native, realized in his second year of law school that practicing criminal law was a better fit for him than drafting wills and trusts. He went on to earn his J.D. from the Western State University College of Law as Class Salutatorian in 1998. The next year, he was admitted to the California State Bar and U.S. Federal District Court, District of California. An avid criminal defense attorney, Michael has been featured on several news shows for high-profile cases in and around Orange County, and appeared on Dateline NBC (2017). He continues to pursue positive case results as the principal attorney at the Law Office of Michael L. Guisti.
